Si Fan

Ultimate Fitness Birmingham Founder and International Bodybuilder

Meet Si Fan, a veteran bodybuilding, health, and fitness veteran with an impressive track record spanning over 35 years. This journey began at the young age of 16 when Si boldly stepped onto the competitive stage while navigating 6th form. Here, the world of weights captured his attention, presenting an opportunity for self-improvement and a boost in confidence, driven by a determination to break free from the confines of the “norm.”

After five years of intense competition, securing numerous titles, including a British championship, Si ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing his first gym, “XLs,” in Lemington Spa. This venture marked the beginning of his journey as a gym owner and became a hub for gaining valuable knowledge and experience in gym management.

Two years later, Si returned to his hometown of Lichfield, taking over an existing gym and renaming it “Three Spires Fitness.” Simultaneously, he embraced a parallel career as a bodybuilding journalist, globetrotting to cover significant events such as the Mr. Olympia, Arnold Classic, and Night of the Champions. These experiences forged connections with industry giants, including Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Flex Wheeler, Dorian Yates, and Shawn Ray.
