His passion for health and fitness began has a teenager when he started boxing. He also served in the armed forces for eight years and traveled the world learning about military fitness and all the body can endure and achieve. He quickly became an endurance training leader and mixed this with his teenage passion by joining the boxing team.
On leaving the army he put himself through a rigorous personal training qualification. Taking his passion to a new professional level, through education. Attending many courses that include coaching, nutrition, and University level education in Sports and Exercise Science. This vast knowledge sets him apart and he is always investing his time in further personal development. Keeping up to date with the latest science, allowing him to give the best advice and training.
He loves the mixture of clients that he currently has, which include both men and women and people of all experience levels. His nutrition plans usually involve eating a lot more than you do now so never feel like dieting, while his training sessions are intense but always enjoyable.
