We noticed that many competitive athletes come to our gym to train and require a designated posing room. To cater to their needs, we have designed a purpose-built room with six full-length mirrors and stage lighting to help them check their physiques and feel like they are on stage.

This facility is available to all gym members free of charge.

OUR TOP 12 TIPS FOR POSING

4. Work on Transitions: Smooth transitions between poses are crucial. Practice seamlessly transitioning from pose to pose to create a flowing and polished routine. Avoid abrupt or jerky movements.

5. Focus on Flexibility: Improve your flexibility to achieve better-posing positions. Flexibility enhances the aesthetics of your poses and allows you to display your muscles more effectively. Incorporate stretching exercises into your routine.
