New Rogers Pendulum Power Squat Pro
The New Rogers Pendulum Power Squat Pro Coming to UFB
Coming in December!
We are excited to announce that the New Rogers Pendulum Power Squat Pro is coming to Ultimate Fitness this Christmas. As part of our dedication to having the best equipment on the market in our award-winning gym. We are super excited to add this legendary bit of kit to our already extensive leg area just in time for the New Year.
The Power Squat Pro is the ultimate alternative to free-weight squatting, which reduces the risk associated with amazing leg exercise. Many bodybuilders, athletes and gym enthusiasts have issues with squatting due to biological factors, weaknesses, injuries, irregular limb lengths, as well as hand, forearm, or casting issues that do not allow the grasping of a bar. This is where The Power Squat Pro is the ultimate solution.
The patented floating yoke allows lifters of all sizes and limb lengths to position their bodies into a biomechanically correct position. The floating yoke allows the lifter to place their feet where needed without the problem of falling forward from trying to balance the load.
Your knees can stay in a healthy position without the risk of excessive strain, allowing you to position yourself in such a way which minimises strain on the lower back.
Power Squat Pro Features We Love
- Patented floating yoke allows for a free-weight feel.
- Top and bottom load positions for optimal strength training. Target hip/glutes when top loaded, and quads when bottom loaded.
- S.E.T. (Set Extension Technology) allows you to go to failure quickly and safely in a variety of positions.
- Non-skid footplate provides secure foot placement.
Our top tips on getting the most out of this piece of equipment are:
- Start off with a very light weight just to get a feel of the machine and perform 10 to 12 reps.
- Find a comfortable foot position until you feel the tension on your quads.
- Perform each rep slowly with a 2 second eccentric (lowering) and 1 second concentric (pushing)
- Increase the weight each set and aim for 8 to 10 reps
- Try to reach at least parallel on each rep.
- Make sure you have a spotter on your heavy sets.
