New Atlantis Precision Series arrives

Focusing on bicep and tricep, chest and shoulders, the new machines are installed and ready to use today. The Horizontal Curl

  • Recruits more stabilizer muscles due to ”free” handle bar design.
  • Cambered bar accommodates various gripping positions.
  • Movement replicates traditional concentration curls.
  • Elbow pad features rounded edge for greater comfort and is angled strategically to reduce upholstery wear.

 

The Bicep Isolator

  • Independent lever arms provide balanced results and allow users to work around injuries.
  • Variable resistance cams accurately reflects the natural strength curve of the biceps
  • Foot platform allows user to stabilize themselves when performing the exercise.

 

Overhead Triceps

  • Counterbalanced lever arm provides low starting resistance.
  •  Spring assisted pre-stretch pedal allows users to get into position easily and provides a superior range of motion.
  • Backrest configuration provides added comfort and ergonomic correctness.
  • Fixed handle bar design allows users to squeeze muscles at peak contraction.
