Who Are Hammer Strength?

Hammer Strength is a sports performance brand that manufactures training equipment for high-performance exercisers who have the will to train hard. They prepare dedicated athletes for their challenges and are known for their durable machines designed to withstand the most intense workouts and deliver results.

Are Hammer Strength Machines Good?

Hammer Strength was founded in 1989 by Gary Jones, who developed strength training machines that simplified the biomechanics of lifting weights while matching machine movement to human motion. This ensures you get the very best range of motion to achieve incredibly effective results while reducing the risk of injury. They are one of the industry’s leading suppliers of strength machines, endorsed by many professional bodybuilders.

Official Hammer Strength Training Facility Status

Did you know? That Ultimate Fitness Birmingham was the first gym in the Midlands to be an “Official Hammer Strength” Training facility. So, what does this mean? It means we have over 15 Hammer Strength Machines throughout the gym to give you the best experience and results possible.

What Muscles Do Hammer Strength Machines Work?

On our first-floor chest and arms area

While hammer strength made its name first in leg equipment, they also bought the same knowledge and design thinking to create explosive chest, shoulder, and arms workouts. We have the following equipment:

HS Incline chest press

The blueprint for the Plate-Loaded Iso-Lateral Incline Press was human movement. Each weight horn independently engages diverging and convergent motions for equal strength development and variation in muscle stimulation. For comfort, horizontal grips mimic a conventional bench press machine.

Features Options for the horizontal (IL-IP) and vertical (IL-IPV) grip to mimic standard bench presses or athletic movements.

• The most widely used machine with a horizontal grip position is the IL-IP.

• The IL-IPV has a vertical grip for sportspeople dealing with wrist, elbow, and shoulder pain or injury during the season.
