Danika Neal has a great passion for health and fitness that stems from a young age. Growing she enjoyed dance, played netball and rode horses competitively. This sparked the fire within her to constantly strive to be fitter and healthier in every aspect of life, in both body and mind.

Over the past 6 months, I have trained with Danika, my strength, size, and confidence have all improved. Danika is patient, contentious and caring, she went above and beyond what I expected from a personal trainer. Danika did a great job at helping me work my way around a gym, but more importantly, she quickly identified problems I had with mobility.
