Arnold UK Week at UFB 2026 – A Global Stage, Right Here at Home

Arnold week at Ultimate Fitness Birmingham is always special… but 2026 took things to whole another level.

In the lead-up to the Arnold Classic UK, we had the privilege of hosting none other than Arnold Classic champion Andrew Jacked for his final weeks prep. Watching him train, day by day, right here on our gym floor was something else.

Alongside him was our bossman Simon and his trainer Kamal Elgarni — a true veteran of the sport, with multiple world titles and an Olympia 212 title under his belt. The level of experience, precision, and focus between the two was incredible to witness. This is what elite bodybuilding looks like up close.

But it wasn’t just about the pros.

The entire week, UFB became a global hub. Athletes and fitness enthusiasts travelled in from all over the world to train, connect, and experience what we’ve built here. The atmosphere was unreal — constant energy, respect, and a shared passion for pushing limits.

And of course… the UFB posing room.

Our now-famous posing room, which Andrew helped take viral, became a hotspot all week. From first-time competitors to seasoned athletes, everyone wanted to step under those lights and be part of the moment.

We also want to give a huge thank you to Grenade for completely transforming the gym with fresh branding across both floors. It brought a whole new visual energy to the space and made the week feel even more like a world-class event.

Another standout moment was the first-ever LIFT Club event hosted by ESN. The place was absolutely packed. Athletes pushing for PBs, supporting each other, feeding off the energy — exactly what UFB is all about. No egos, just people showing up and going all in. And it wouldn’t be Arnold week at UFB without our annual GASP deadlift challenge. This year didn’t disappoint. The gym was buzzing, the crowd was loud, and the lifts were serious. Two winners emerged, but the real highlight was the atmosphere — people coming together, pushing each other, and creating moments you don’t forget. That’s what this week represents. It’s more than an event. It’s more than a competition. It’s a reminder of what this place stands for — bringing people together from all walks of life, all corners of the world, with one goal: to be better. Roll on next year.
